The Winter Road Congress Exhibition showcases a wide range of heavy and light equipment, machinery, tools, working methods, services, digital systems, and other specialized expertise in roads, streets, and public areas. Visitors have free access to the exhibition and demonstrations.

During the working machine demonstration, exhibitors can present their maintenance equipment in real-life action in the outdoor area of the exhibition center. A judging panel will evaluate the performance.
The International Winter Road Congress seminar brings together professionals from Finland and abroad. Students and private road managers also participate in the event. Registration for the seminars will open later this autumn!
Booking exhibition space
Exhibition floor space can be booked either by phone at +358 50 301 6939 or by email at talvitiepaivat(at)tieyhdistys.fi.
Becoming an Exhibitor – you will receive:
- Floor space (stands over 15m2) or floor space with the stand structures (floor space under 16 m2)
- Exhibitor letters and services at the Event
- On the websites tiepaivat.fi and roadcongress.fi, the exhibitor’s company name, exhibition location, contact information, description text, and a maximum of two links will be added.
- A list of exhibitors (logo and booth number) will be included in the center spread of the Tie & Liikenne magazine.
- The company’s name and link will be included in the newsletter introducing the exhibitors.
- Winter Road Congress advertisement banner and logo will be available for your use.
- Companies that book over 100m² will have their logo (with a link) added to the tiepaivat.fi homepage.
- Exhibitors’ lounge during the event.
- Visitor pass to the seminar (1 piece, does not include meals and refreshments).
- Member benefit for Finnish Road Association members: Named seminar pass (1 piece, includes refreshments and full program).
