Presentation language:
Presentations can be given in Finnish or English.

Interpretation:
Oral presentations at the seminar will be interpreted into Finnish or English.

Abstract:
An English-language abstract of the presentations must be submitted by February 4, 2026.

Presentation slides:
Slides should preferably be provided in both languages, but at least in English. Submit the slides by February 4, 2026.

Individual presentation:
The proposal should be a summary of your work, no longer than one A4 page.
Explain what your presentation includes and why the topic is important. Clearly state the message you want to convey to the audience. Invest effort in your proposal, as selections are made based on them. Seminar presentations are 15 minutes long, followed by 5 minutes for questions or discussion. The total time per topic is thus 20 minutes.

Group presentation (2-3 people):
The proposal (no longer than one A4 page) should explain what your presentation includes and why the topic is important. Invest effort in your proposal, as selections are made based on them. Clearly state the message you want to convey to the audience. Remember that a group presentation should include different perspectives on the topic, justifying multiple presenters. There should be at least as many perspectives as presenters. A group presentation lasts 20 minutes, followed by about 10 minutes for questions and discussion, making the total time max. 30 minutes.

For the 2026 event, joint presentations from different countries are especially encouraged. It is possible to negotiate a longer presentation time for joint presentations involving multiple countries perspectives.
